Someone, usually but not necessarily female, who uses the internet to generate sexual interest and excitement toward him/herself but ultimately never delivers any goods
Kim and I have been emailing back and forth for weeks, but she won’t send me any naked JPEGs. She’s just a cybertease.

Obtained from the "tess" virus strand (see also hypertess and ultratess) Is used to describe any ailment obtained from to much time sat a computer. (repetitive strain syndrome is also covered by the phrase Cybertess)
