Cleptic 

The word "Cleptic" is a derivative of a "Clepto" which is an action to steal. Cleptic has an entirely different meaning. Cleptic is used to describe something wierd, out of place or not funny.

cleptic 

a slang word for cool, awesome, crazy, insane, used by the out crowd, like saying wicked. Its a quirkier way to say cool that we started using when everyone says everything is "awesome!"

can be used sarcastically, just like any other adjective.

1. So i got two tickets to the Evil Dead this weekend. Want to go with me?
2. Cleptic! i'd love too!

a. how cute are these shoes!
b. *rolls eyes* they're soooo cleptic.

Cleptocracy 

A type of government in which corruption is widespread. The corruption is so strong that society accepts it as a part of normality, reacting with suspicion when some public worker or politician doesn't embezzle something.

Gosh, that mayor actually used the city's money to build stuff for the city. Something's not right here. That's a disrespect to our cleptocracy!

dafuq just happened, those people were convicted for corruption? Is that a crime, really?! That's absurd, i thought we were living in a cleptocracy here!

e-cepticon 

A play on the term decepticon. In the prostitution industry, "transformer" means transvestite/transsexual, and "decepticon" means any very convincing transvestite/transsexual.

An "e-cepticon" is an online version, especially a female buddy or penpal whom you have known for many years, and who turns out (despite all evidence to tbe contrary) to actually be male.

HMB: I've been using this female username on this public game-related bulletin board for five years now, and people are pretty convinced I'm a woman, especially because I update the avatar occasionally with an female friend's picture. But, it's getting harder and harder to talk her into posing for avatar pics these days. I may just have to drop the whole charade and admit she was an e-cepticon.
