Although it can technically be used to refer to non- or pre-metoidioplasty/phalloplasty trans men and AFAB transmasculine folks, it is primarily a term for AMABs, whether non-binary, detransitioned trans women, or otherwise, who present as men/masculinely while having a neo-vagina.
