A person who’s self worth is so inflated they forget they are from a shitty small-town like Bay City, MI. This is a person who may put on film/music festivals or writes for the local paper or some cultural zine. This person is extremely haughty and has little or nothing to show for it.

He’s over there having coffee at the Speedway with his art collective. I’d talk to him, but he’s such a bay citian he’d probably ignore me.
