Its is a Trinidadian term for being fat/overweight.

chuffs chuffs

A group of posh people. It is a type of onomatopoeia for the sound posh people make when talking to each other. ie "chuff chuff chuff chuff chuff"

"Why don't we have a drink in that fancy looking bar over there?"
"No it's full of chuffs chuffs "
