Crotch Weasel 

A person who is so horny that they seem to hover over any crotch that they can get. They often are very pushy about getting laid and have probably had many partners along with diseases.
Guy#1: Dude! That Tiffany firl hust walked up to Dave and asked if he wanted to fuck.
