Popularized by Instagram account @GymLoveAndSuccess in 2015. Workout and Chill (verb) Originated from the phrase "Netflix and Chill" which means watch Netflix and fornicate. Workout and chill, however can be used in two ways.
A: (ORIGINAL DEFINITION)
Workout and chill (vulgar) Workout and then "Hangout"(Have sex)

"Hey Cindy, do you want to workout and chill? It'll be fun! plus, well get in extra cardio;)"

B: Workout and chill friendly
Workout and then hangout in a friendly way after.

"Hey Josh, do you want to workout and chill? We'll hit Chipotle afterword's and hangout."

Chillorking or chillorkin' is the process of working and chilling at the same time.

A fabolous word dirived from cringeworthy in the early 2000's discribes a person object or situation. created by the mastermind that is pea, growing in popularity throughout the formby province of sefton between 12-17 year olds.
arrrr lerd remember that thing pea did last summer. "oh yes that was hilerios what a chillworthy fellow mayhoo!"
