when a townie or 'chav' has line or lines shaved around his (or her) head, that is a 'chilworth roundabout'. Im not really sure where it comes from. I think it may be an insult .

Something that warrants a big smile, reminiscent of a smile you would see in a cartoon or on an advert where a sparkle comes from there mouth. Generally this is accompanied by a 'ching' sound.
