carlick

Simply put: a car cowlick. The leftover snow on the roof of a car after a heavy snowstorm. Carlicks range in height, width, and mass, so depending on the size, if not brushed may tangle surrounding vehicles.

Snowstorm Nemo left most cars with a carlick creating an even more difficult commute.

canlicker 

a person who creeps out the "beer cart" lady on the golf course by licking cans.

We had a canlicker in our foursome, so we only saw the beer cart once for our round.

A car that is traped in some way. Double parked or stuck in traffic for example. Comes from land locked land masses.

I would have been here on time but I was carlocked in the parking lot.
