Capitalino

A person who is from the capital of a smaller Latin American country, (often the only large city) and believes themselves to be superior to people from other parts of the country. Often this results in discrimination. Larger Latin American countries may use this word differently if at all.

I stood at the counter for 20 minutes and that capitalino served everyone that arrived after me before I finally left.

This capitalina just said I got my new gucci dress on Craigslist!
