‘Butei’ is the common form used by Verona’s citizens to call their friends. If you wanna compare it to English it’s like saying ‘boys’. Dont use it outside Verona or you won’t be understood it’s a very local slang. If you refer to a girl you will say ‘BUTELA’ and if you are talking about a group of only girls you’ll sai BUTELE. If you talk about a boy you’ll say BUTEL
