Watching D.E.I training videos. Talking to a dumbass making yourself a dumbass (it can also work like a plague jumping person to person) until your intelligence kicks back in (which can be never). Trying to think of more definitions for this word. When you were about to watch a video but a short pops up and you watch and try to go back but it's gone.
