An exclamation of the joy of the moment pertaining to the first inhalation of a cannabis cigarette. A cultural reference to the long running UK advertising campaign for Bisto, a brand of gravy powder. In the commercials the signoff phrase "Ahh... Bisto" was always heard after the characters in the commercial had just smelled the gravy.
Bumfton
A privately educated male in his early to late 20s. Displays an arrogant and obnoxious attitude, often heard bragging loudly about how much his father earns. A bumfton looks down on state school educated people or would commonly be oblivious to their existence as they, in their eyes, are not even worthy of a gaze. Their natural habitat is South East Asian countries such as Thailand where they spend their gap year drinking on their father's money and being insensitive to local culture and other tourists. They often like to boast about helping poor people of the world, when in reality they spent the night with a child prostitute and then vomiting outside a sacred temple. Despite having the best possible education, spoon fed every mark they receive, the typically bumfton is relatively dense and would not survive if it were not for the job a family member lines up for them the moment they are born.

Bamftoise
A combination of BAMF and Blastoise.
In the first generation Pokemon games for Gameboy, a Squirtle may be chosen as the player's first Pokemon. It will eventually evolve into a Wartortle and a Blastoise, and if one is sure that it will indeed be a BAMF when it evolves into a Blastoise, one can be presumptive and nickname Squirtle "Bamftoise" right off the bat. Nothing will physically change about the Pokemon, but all the children will think it is the coolest name in town.

A lighthearted reaction upon receiving disappointing news of some sort. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
