Backhead 

Performing a ridiculously stupid act whilst playing video games or in real life. This word can also be used as a name for someone who is ordinarily performing stupid and/or asshole-ish acts.

Game Example (GTA V)

Raul: *Picks up friend in Elegy* Where do you wanna go?

Matt: Take me to the clothes store!

Raul: Okay! *crashes into every goddamn pole in GTA then proceeds to crash into a bush and then finally proceeds to drive into the clothes store*

Matt: Bruh wtf! You drive like a fuckin Backhead!

Anyways, here's the real definition
The Blockheads is a survival sandbox video game developed and published by Noodlecake Studios. The game was released on January 10, 2013, for iOS devices and on January 9, 2014, for Android devices. The game is set in a 2D block-based world and allows players to explore, build, and survive in a randomly generated world. Players control a blockhead, which can be customized with different clothing and items. The game features both single-player and multiplayer modes, and players can play locally or online with others.

Man, the Minecraft 1.20 update really had a lot of unique features such as hanging signs, chiseled bookshelf, and cherry blossom biome

I went out with Blackheart. I did her wrong. All i remember is her watching me slither and squirm and laughing while she watched me burn. She is far more fierce than her male counter because she can bleed for 5 days and not die.

A major fan of New Kids on the Block aka NKOTB aka The Block.

A typical Blockhead is known for creating their own shirts for concerts and hanging around the tour buses. They give love for the group in a mature, respectable fashion. They will wait in the heat, cold, snow, and rain to have that one moment that is all their own.

The ultimate goal for a Blockhead is to have Facetime. (see facetime)
