Unwanted, incomprehensible , high volume, noise that is produced by a group of black people all talking at once.

Person 1: My black friends and I went to see a movie last night.

Person 2: That's cool. How was it?

Person 1: We had fun but, I couldn't even hear the movie because of all the blackground noise they made.

Blackground Check

The act of checking your surroundings for any black people prior to making a potentially insulting racist joke and getting beaten. Usually the joker will state they are making the check out loud, much to the hilarity of those familiar with the term.

there was a children story or something like that where a goose child was born black and the other gooses were calling him ugly and bullying him then the mf hit puberty and turned hella hot and got b#$chs and money and became chad any way I hit puberty but I'm still broke anyway..
