At 3:00 AM, this can range from watching the traffic passing by from lawn chairs on the sidewalk to walking to the corner mart with a five-year-old in tow, to hanging out at the barber shop - which is still open, to engaging in or avoiding interaction with members of the municipal police.
The bars are closing and i don't feel like going home. Hey, I know- let's drive through downtown and check out the blactivity.
