Aspergia 

Basically a shorter way to say "Asperger's Community". This is often confused with uneducated dipshits (i.e. The person who wrote the definition below, MickeyMouse7) as the disorder itself.

MickeyMouse7: ASPERGIA IS A FAKE DISORDER!

Intelligent Aspie: Actually, 'Aspergia' is a slang term for the Asperger's Community, not the disorder.

MickeyMouse7: I DON'T CARE! IT'S STILL A FAKE DISORDER! HURR DURR!

Intelligent Aspie: ...but brain scans, psychological tests, even autopsies have proven that Asperger's Syndrome is a real disorder.

MickeyMouse7: WHY SHOULD I BELIEVE WHAT SCIENCE HAS TO SAY? LOGIC AND REASON IS JUST AS FAKE AS ASSBURGERS! HURR DURR HERPHERPHERPHERP DUUUUURRR!

A mental health syndrome that is seen as "high-functioning autism." It is really a bullshit syndrome created by and for geeks so they actually have a mental excuse for not being able to talk to girls or catch a football.

Aspergatron 

A guy (but much less frequently, a girl) that has Asperger's Syndrome and has no clue as to how to be socially aware.

What's worse, an Aspergatron does NOT want to improve their social capabilities, simply thinking that it's somehow impossible to be both intelligent and social (false dichotomy, yay!).

Their aspergatronic circuitry doesn't seem to allow them the capacity to be a more well-rounded human being, and thus they get stuck in an infinite loop whereby they think that all that's required for success in life is raw intellect, thereby showing that they're not as intelligent as they thought they were and thus failing at life (and thus withdrawing further into obscure hobbies).

Linux Help Forum:

Regular IT guy: "Hey guys, would you happen to know how to do the following with the 'cut' command"?

Aspergatron: *said in aspergatronic robot voice* "CUT IS NOT EFFICIENT!"

Regular IT guy: "Oh wow, that's really not what I asked for..."

Aspergic 

A term that can be used to describe yourself if you have Aspergers Syndrome. People with Autism say that they are Autistic, therefore, people with Aspergers can say that they are Aspergic.

Person X: Why are you being anti-social?

Person Y: I'm not being anti-social, I'm just ignoring you. And anyway, I'm Aspergic, what's your excuse for being anti-social?
