Articulate

Able to convert one's thoughts and emotions into words. Those who are articulate can use large, 'higher-level' words in their sentences without making a conscious effort to do so.
Just because somebody types without proper grammar doesn't make them inarticulate; after all, why does it matter whether or not you waste your time trying to add proper punctuation.

Unable to, as usual, easily put an idea she 'felt' into words, Serenata applied 'articulation mechanics' by selecting the words that best expressed her idea, ordering and reordering them in her head, and writing them in a notebook. She called that mental and physical process articulation mechanics.
