A phrase used mostly by Gen Z that basically means that what you just said was such an undeniable fact that if someone disagrees they are wasting their time and should go argue with their mother.

Another way of saying "to argue for the sake of it".

Unfortunately the meeting didn't go well. Eric starting getting pedantic, and decided to argue the toss over a trivial detail of the plan.
