AOLish

The language of internet newbies who don't know how to speak English in chatrooms and instant messaging. Rather than spending the whole extra tenth of a second to type a few extra letters they commonly leave out important letters or replace them with numbers. This language was made popular on the internet provider America Online, or AOL.

<Newbie> OMFGWTFASLLOL i r so smrt i will pwn u so bad cuz u r a foo
<Real Chatter> I'm sorry, We don't speak AOLish in this chatroom.

An unnecessary abbreviation of a word when using a text-based communication medium. In some forums it is they are banned, and often make you as an individual seem unintelligent or lazy.
