ACCRUENT 

A real estate term derived from the words accrued (or accrual) and rent. Accruent defines the point that a company achieves profitability and compliance by growing revenue and reducing occupancy and construction costs. Companies that achieve an Accruent state have optimized the impact real estate has on their performance by combining the dynamics that drive revenue with activities that effect costs.
