"Abouch" is a Kabyle word, the ancestral language of native north africans living in north Algeria. "Abouch" means "Penis", "Dick", "Prick", "Phalus" etc...
It can be used to express frustration, anger or sadness. Sometimes referring specifically to "Abouch-iw" meaning "my penis" in order to express anger or discontent.
