Well, if you use some online dictionaries than you will find this is the true last word of the dictionary. Multiple z's generally imply that someone is sleeping, the more z's the deeper or longer that someone has slept.
this word will most commonly not be used in general conversation.

Man, I wish I could zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz for a while.
