Yellabone, is a slang term for a Black Female with a very light skin complexion. Sometimes they are mixed, but that is not always the case, as Black people come in many different shades.

Typically a female name of hispanic origin. It is said that anyone with the name Yelianis is small pale and a glutton who obsesses over grated cheese at 3 am. In their natural habitats it is said that a Yelianis can sleep up to 15 hours. They are born with braces and gold hoops. Always dripped out with blue jeans and jordans. Nothing else.
