Yanksplain 

1. The act of an American explaining aspects of another culture to individuals from that culture, often with an oversimplified or incorrect understanding.

2. The particularly presumptuous manner in which some Americans take it upon themselves to enlighten people about their own cultural practices, history, or beliefs, typically lacking in-depth knowledge or awareness of the nuances involved.

I couldn't believe it when he started to Yanksplain to me the history of my own country, as if I hadn't lived there my whole life.

When a person/seppo from the US tries to teach a person from another country about their own culture; usually incorrectly

Yankeesplain 

When a Yankee explains something to a Southerner in a condescending and smug manner, such as telling Kentuckians they are “getting soft”, when schools close due to single digit temperatures.

Kentucky governor Matt Bevin, who grew up in New Hampshire, just yankeesplained that Kentuckians are getting too soft because schools have been closed for single digit temperatures.

"Tanksplaining" is when tankies "mansplain" to Soviet Union Survivors and their descendants that they're "spreading Nazi propaganda" and they didn't really suffer under the authoritarian regime.

"The Soviet Union waited for the Warsaw uprising to end before marching in like martyrs and then sent my grandparents and many others who fought the Nazis off to the Gulag camp."

"Have you considered your grandparents are just spreading Nazi propaganda?"

"Please stop Tanksplaining history to me."
