A term used when a person tries take a personal morally based object from another human. Also, whenever a bitch ass college kid is bitchin about how he ain't gettin no bitches on his dick and he claims he gonna tonight, you strike his ass down with the y'ain't. Taking away any human basic right is also appropriate. Its a conjugation of you and ain't, resulting in y'ain't.
