Wrangled Ball Syndrome

The consequences of gradually sliding down into a slouch when sitting on a chair. The ballsack becomes wrangled up in your clothing, requiring the victim to stand up, re-arrange the sack, and sit down again. Effects are greatly increased when wearing tight underwear.
