I got my mojo working

I got my mojo working — a war cry of successful Blues Singers who win the crowd for which they are playing through their musical mastery and charismatic stage presence. If you are ever playing your heart out and women start throwing their panties your stage YOU GOT YOUR MOJO WORKING.

This phrase entered the mainstream through the song I Got My Mojo Working written by Preston “Red” Foster. This song was first performed by Ann Cole but made famous by Muddy Waters.

The word “mojo” is a reference to sympathetic magic used to bend reality to bless or to curse an individual. Musical mastery is one of the most powerful mojos and it can be augmented through the use of roots, amulets, and spell pouches provided by a Root Woman who you have pleased and who favors you.

Mess around and find out.
Lyrics from the song: I Got My Mojo Working

“I got my mojo working, it just don't work on you.
I got my mojo working, but it just don't work on you.
Look out baby,
Gonna circle the blues..”

Wordington

Wordington as a noun is a city that only exists in the minds of people that inhabit it.

Wordington as an adjective is used to describe things that would be found inside of Wordington, generally the worst possible thing.
Wordington residents also have a deep instinct desire to see black men twerking (thug-shaker) by nature.
Every self respecting Wordington citizen agrees that having “Wordington” in your Reddit username is unfunny as fuck and gets you deported to Retardington.

the working dead

Poor unfortunate stiffs that can't enjoy life because they exist in a limbo where they have to work at unhappy, menial, shitty jobs.
Unlike wealthy individuals whom can enjoy a carefree life the working dead linger on in their day to day existance.

it's WOTPing time

A Muse-themed version of the 'it's morbin time' meme that has been popularized among Muse fans. The 'WOTP' part of the phrase refers to Muse's ninth studio album 'Will Of The People.' It can be applied to a variety of situations, one being that you are actually listening to the album.

The band is aware of the meme from social media and various fans attempting to get them to say it in real life. Notably, Muse frontman Matt Bellamy said the phrase after a concert on October 16th, 2022 when he was asked to by the fan that popularized it on social media.
"It's WOTPing time!"

"Oh my god, he's WOTPing over here."

"My favorite part of the Muse concert was when Matt Bellamy said 'it's WOTPing time' and WOTPed all over the audience."

God Shot

A chance happening with profound meaning, an unexpected blessing, a "sign".
Dr. Drew on Celebrity Rehab said "All of a sudden what had been just another Hollywood proposal became for him an unexpected blessing, an opportunity for growth. In drug recovery language, that's called a "God shot."

city chicken

A food native to Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania in which cubes of pork and/or veal are put on a short, wooden skewer, breaded, then baked and/or fried.

I've heard that city chicken originated during the Great Depression, when folks didn't have enough money to buy full cuts of meat, so they assembled meat scraps on a wooden skewer, creating a make-shift drumstick. Hence the name.

endwarfins

The rush of neurotransmitters and neuropeptides triggered specifically by watching the Seven Dwarfs march home singing "Heigh-Ho" — that particular high of pickaxes, whistling while you work, and communal domestic bliss in a cottage built for men half your height.
I only meant to watch the Heigh-Ho scene for the endwarfins, and then it was two hours later and I'd watched the whole movie.

Endwarfins aren't just a Snow White thing — I get the same hit off the Lollipop Guild in Oz.

A slang term used to describe a bald person, typically someone who is completely bald or has a closely shaved head. The term is derived from the infamous, hairless kids’ cartoon character of the same name.
Example 1:
“Did you see that caillou over there? His head is reflecting the sun like a disco ball.”
Example 2:
“I think Dave is finally accepting his hair loss. He just went full caillou and shaved the whole thing off.”
