Wolvergina

When one uses adamantium (the rare metal lining popular X-Men character Wolverine's bones) needles and thread to stitch together a woman's fallopian tubes, then burns what's left. What remains is an adamantium-lined ovary that is rendered indestructible, but also infertile.

"I thought she wanted kids, but she's got a Wolvergina so now we're looking to adopt."
