A portmanteau of woke and weakling.

The perfect storm in a person's character where their weakness meets their wokeness, and any hope of getting their help to meet an important client deadline is lost.

wokening 

Being "woke" does not happen all at once -- it is a process, sometimes long and gradual. Sometimes it's interrupted by a bad relationship, family obligations, or just dumb choices.

Janie's Wokening began at age sixteen, but her grandmother wanted her married right away so she was not finally woke until she turned 40. But thank God she was because she helped a lot of people.

Wokeing 

Wokeing:

The act to bastardize a beloved franchise by remaking/rebooting said franchise to add far-Left ideologies (non-White Race swapping, Heterophobic acts, Anti-Capitalism, Misandry, Neo-Feminism, etc) that results in making a movie, game, show and so on into a political movement that results in the movie becoming a commercial disaster and leads to fans to hate what they once loved.

A large usage of Wokeing is by making a 'Strong Female Character' the sole focus; who can do everything several times better than the male leads, and is always the center of attention (e.g: Rey Palpatine, Capt. Marvel, Fa Mulan (2020)).

Person (A): Have you heard about that new Tomb Raider series? It's being worked on by Phoebe Waller Bridge.
Person (B): Oh great, so she's 'wokeing' that as well? She already ruined and emasculated James Bond and Han Solo. Guess I better get ready to see how she ruin Lara Croft.

The name given to a baby Ewok from the Star Wars Trilogy.
Very cute. always say sorry, yet don't know why the grass is green. They are completely mad and generally communicate by using small growls and sneezes. if you have a Wokling look after it well or it might laugh itself to death.

A one-size-fits-none universal morality under guise of social justice that mirrors the worst of religion, while completely disregarding its tenets such as forgiveness and mercy.

Practices Include:

Excommunication (termination, deplatforming, demonetization)

Public Shaming (doxxing, swatting, cyber shamming)

Heresy Laws (censorship algorithms, shadow banning, disinformation policies)

Dogma Over Science (social theories and frameworks, personal truth, relativism)
