A predominantly homosexual male who uses "Wild Blue" satellite installation credentials to creep around apartment to apartment looking for vulnerable males to rape. Scoping out potential victims in middle to upper class complexes is common especially while remaining respectfully employed by a reputable company (IE: Dish, DirecTV, etc.)
