wickwick event

A catastrophic failure of the first launch of the NASA SLS rocket, which destroys enough of the ground systems to scuttle the program.

Since the first launch is uncrewed, this could happen without any loss of human life, and is widely regarded as the best possible outcome of the program, finally ringing a death knell to decades of pork and throwing good money after bad. If the Wickwick event occurs, thousands of skilled NASA employees and contractors, squandering their productive years on the dead-end SLS program, will be freed up to pursue more fruitful endeavors in the field.

Named after an Ars Technica reader and commentor named Wickwick, who proposed this outcome and explained why it would be overall a good thing, in a comment thread in early 2022.

Everyone's tuning in to the launch webcast to see if we get a Wickwick Event, or if the SLS boondoggle continues sucking the air out of NASA.

Wickliffe High School

Small school located in Ohio with about 450 kids. The school is made up of 50% of teen juulers/druggies, 40% of weird lesbians, 10% of normal people. Wick high has a constant juuling problem, so if you ever want a hit just hit up one of the many girls in the handicap stall in the bathroom a.k.a. "The Juul Room" desperately waiting for more people to join them in the stall.

Did you hear about all those girls juuling in the bathroom at Wickliffe High school?

john wicking

Act of John Wicking is when you put a bounty on some one's head so high that every hit man in the world wants to kill them. This definition came to be from a hit movie by same name John Wick. In this movie Keanu Reeves, is being hunted by every hit man in the world. It is also a matter of pride and honor when you are being John Wicked because it means you are too good and one or two people cannot finish the Job, and you must be "John Wicked" for the problem to be taken care of.

1. He insulted the Sicilian Mafia, this will not go away so easily, rest assured that they are going to be John Wicking him out of existence.
