Term for the nerds who are followers of the pop culture series Doctor Who. May sport various Doctor Who relater swag such as T-shirts, Sonic Screwdrivers, and may wear some of the Doctors famous clothing attire like a scarf or fancy old Converses and maybe even a Fez.

Also know as trash. White trash families that live eviction notice to eviction notice. Shut off to shut off. They adapt to living in the woods with babies and small children. They make tent cities in the woods because they refuse to work. They were born with a food stamp on their head. Are able to live without electricity months at a time. Periodically they will find someone stupid enough to let them rent, hence where the eviction notice comes in.

Whooligan 

An aggresively fanatic Doctor Who fan, who does not comprehend the fact that not everyone enjoys everything or anything associated with Doctor Who.

Unlike Whovians who are a much calmer fanbase of Doctor Who, the Whooligans are known to verbally or even physically attack anyone not sharing their worldview.
Whooligans will not identify themselves by the term, and will describe themselves as Whovians.

Josh: Dude, if you are serious about dating that girl from the other night, don't mention Doctor Who.. At all..
Hans: Why would I mention a terrible show? what, is she a fan or something?
Josh: Complete Whooligan nut. She will rip your nuts off with a screwdriver.

Doctor Whooligan

A Doctor Whooligan or simply a Whooligan, is an extreme fan of the show "Doctor Who" and its protagonist.

Eventhough, the show itself has pitched "Whovian" as the official name for a fan of the show, Whooligan is muh more fitting, since most of us are a bit rambunctious about the whole thing! Allons-y

Whooligania 

A magical land discovered in the desert of California! has unicorns and other magical animals! People are called Whooliganians and they carry around magical pencil sharpeners, ride in the back of trucks and almost get killed by rattlesnakes! Also go on adventures to find the lost children in the desert, while shooting off rockets!

Let me just go get my magical carpet! Then we will be off to Whooligania!
