A character, often a particularly weak villain, that is so pathetic they make you feel sorry for them. They are usually very familiar with affectionate "aww"s and typically make you want to give them a hug and take care of them.

Person One: "That character is such a whoobie."

Person Two: "Oh I know! I just want to give him a big hug and take him home with me! He looks like a sad puppy!"

He is most know for the invention of the teddy bear, based off a self-portrait taken in 1996. Competes in professional beauty pageants and has won 17 to date.
