A character, often a particularly weak villain, that is so pathetic they make you feel sorry for them. They are usually very familiar with affectionate "aww"s and typically make you want to give them a hug and take care of them.

Person One: "That character is such a whoobie."

Person Two: "Oh I know! I just want to give him a big hug and take him home with me! He looks like a sad puppy!"

He is most know for the invention of the teddy bear, based off a self-portrait taken in 1996. Competes in professional beauty pageants and has won 17 to date. This is mainly due to his extreme facial expressions and his trademark speedo, which he orders one size to small to show off his junk. He is Asian.
