Wepiha is loud and mischievous around the people he knows and trusts. He is shy around new people, and it can sometimes come off us uninterested, but really he is just studying you and being cautious. The one thing Wepiha hates most in unfairness. He is very competitive and is his own worst critic. Deep down, Wepiha has a heart of gold and will do anything for anyone.
