A person who was bullied as a child and now takes it out on cops as he couldn’t become one due to stalking girls. Also may have been stuffed into a locker or two at Alden Central School.

Boy, that Warmus is up to his shit again bothering those cops. But when he needs help when someone confronts him he calls the cops quicker that a choir boy reporting his abuse once the lawyer commercials started.
