A hybrid of the words twat (vagina) and waterworks (crying). A term describing a person who is overtly sensitive and takes sarcasm and obvious humor personally. The act of bitching and moaning over obvious satire.

You shouldn't have made fun of her, now she's putting on the twaterworks.

twiterrhea is the spewing of waste product out of the mind in 140 caricature bursts, clogging up someone else's mind with useless information from lonely self possessed people.
This condition is the shortened version of digirrhea, digirrhea is compound word made from digital and diarrhea, an equally devastating condition that can last until the power goes off in the house as well as in the mind.
