a term used to describe a thief that denies the fact that he/she stole/robbed from someone; but everyone else knows that the thief stole/robbed someone and is just denying the truth and doesn't want to get punished for it.

thief: I never stole his phone I swear, I didn't and plus; he doesn't even have proof I did!!!!!!

School administrator: SHUT UP YOU TRUNICATE!!!!!!! I KNOW YOU STOLE HIS PHONE!!!!!!! WHY THE FUCK WOULD HE COME TO "ME" AND SNITCH ON YOU FOR NO REASON????!!!!!!!!!
