The state of being so completely embarrassed by the actions of your federal
government you are unable to travel outside of the continental
United States for
fear of being the laughing stock of every non-US citizen you encounter ANYWHERE.
All over cable
t.v. and plastered across the front page of the international
newspaper in bold print was, "US LEADER TO UNITED NATIONS COUNCIL
-CLAIMS 'THERE IS NOTHING WRONG DOWN THERE'' along with a close up
photo of the
man with both hands pointing towards his crotch in
reference to a lewd comment made by an intoxicated person in a crowd.
Overcome with TRUMPHOBIA, barely able to breathe, I froze up, cringed
and pulled the blanket over my
head knowing I wouldn'
t be able to take
my
trip to
Paris even though I had already purchased through an auction,
a pair of non-refundable round
trip tickets that could not be
rescheduled . Just the thought of the foreign people staring, laughing
and pointing at me petrified me and I could not take the vacation.
