2. Being too poor to be able to get out of trouble with nothing more than a slap on the wrist. Sufferers of Toobrokulosis may often receive harsher penalties than those with more money.

3. The opposite of affluenza

Affluenza may be a condition that comes with many problems, but carriers of the condition's cause have a higher resistance to the even more crippling condition of Toobrokulosis.

towboat

A self-propelled vessel which moves other, usually non-self-propelled vessels. May be in the form of a pushboat, a square- or flat-bow boat designed to rigidly connect to a barge or barges for the purpose of pushing it or them along a waterway. Not quite the same as a tugboat, which usually assists ships.

There's a towboat pushing 25 barges up the Mississippi River.
