Toontat, noun. A tattoo depicting a well-known cartoon character. Popular toontats are Betty Boop, Tweety, Bugs Bunny, the Road Runner, and the Tazmanian Devil.

Toontat, verb. To ink someone with the image of a toon. Men who see themselves as forceful are likely to get Foghorn Leghorn, Taz, or Yosemite Sam. Women often get inked with Jessica Rabbit, Tweety, or Betty Boop
