On a malleable surface squeezing the index and middle finger to form 2 ridges, then squeezing those 2 ridges into a single, larger ridge. Often followed by rhythmic clapping.

When I was raising my kids, once in a while they'd both be standing together and I could grab a Double Double. That is when I thooped them at the same time. They didn't care for it but it was my favorite. I called it a Dub Dub just to piss them off. Last night, I dreamed of the ultimate Dub Dub--Michael and Aron. I shit you not. It was my dream Dub Dub..
