The "No Cap" Movement

A cult like following. It's members beliefs that all caps are evil, and are mortified by the thought that their cold and crispy mountain dew one had a cop on it. The followers are sexually relieved when the cap is removed, and their sense of discomfort and fear goes away. The followers use their edginess to keep the beverage inside the bottle and to freely run around capless. Truly a unique breed of exceptional individuals.

"no cap, no cap ,no cap" chanted the mob of The "No Cap" Movement as they all ran through the streets without fear that a single drop of their precious dew would spill.

Originating down south, this phrase means that what you are currently doing is not being productive for the task at hand. Standing around the hood of a truck drinking coffee at the job site isn't getting the job done. Or, if you have the wrong tool for the job and are failing at a task.
