Thard(noun, adjective, and verb) is the bittersweet combination of being terrified and having a raging hard on (boner or scarection).

I.E. Noun “I’m such a fucking thard”

Verb: “I can’t wait to thard over that Women’s body building champion”

Adjective: “Dude my dick is so fucking thard right now!”

Having a Thard on is typically associated with being scaroused.

I’ve tharded out to that women’s body building champion so much that my thard dick is turning me into a fucking thard!!

When you put a tard in charge of a task. This tard will be a completely stupid and useless ass nigga who can't do shit. Examples include: avetard, cottard, ou tard, caltard, and bart tard but there are many more eligible tards too.

I put york in charge of doing the GTA mission to start the heist, but i should have known better than to leave that task for a tard-charge.

Tard Motel

Motel located on Classen Blvd in Norman. Shitty ass motel filled with ou tards that you should never go to because it has tard DNA. This motel also seems ghetto asf and just looks like trash.

I stayed at Tard Motel once and it was so bad, there were dead bugs and blood stains everywhere.

Yea, Henry, Nick, and Neal all went to OU and now they all act like straight up dumbasses, I think it's the tard effect.
