(Vietnamese _ Noun)

Literal meaning:

- An indispensable spice in many dishes in Vietnamese cuisine, usually made by roasting rice, corn or golden sesame until golden and then finely pounded.
- Has a very attractive aroma, so many fishers or shrimpers use as ledger-bait.

With verbs "Thả" (Drop), "Rải" (Spray) or "Rắc" (Sprinkle): Cheating, hustle, fooling, flirting, ...

Figurative meaning:
- Bait someone to fall in love and then do nothing else
- Usually just to prove one's attractiveness or gain a sense of achievement when successfully teasing someone
-It also refers to the case when someone try to attract her/his 'crush'

"Anh ta đi rải thính tùm lum, đúng thật là một kẻ trăng hoa!"
