Tempa-T 

aka Tempz. Tempa-T is a well known angry pokemon who can usually be found shouting 'GET OUT THE CAR.'
'Tempz' is usually found 'parring' 'bare mans' near various council estates in the London area. Temoa-T is also a shop assistant at 'Pars-R-Us' where unfortunately has accumulated and insufficient amount of pars.
