Meaningless drivel routinely churned out by politicians, people in marketing, management etc. Mainly the product of laziness, as it is easier to repeat impressive sounding words they have heard others use rather than think of something original to say.
The politician spoke of the need to roll out plans to proactively upskill stakeholders, thus empowering them and incentivizing them to meet the challenges of the 21st century global workplace. Everyone knew he was talking in twatspeak, and ignored him.
Textspeak
The process of shortening words and adding numbers to a text message, to make it "cooler". This form of text messaging is highly annoying and can also be used to sell "trendy" products like 50cc scooters and mobile phones. Often involves leaving out all vowels.
teenspeak
A dialect of the English language used by teenagers (normally between the ages of 13 and 18, though there has recently been a leap in speakers).
This form of speech includes an overuse of words such as "like" and "umm". There is debate over whether small words such as "what" and "so" should be added, but as for now it is only the two previous words that can be easily linked to this dialect.

God, that kid needs to learn that teenspeak and English are NOT the same language. I mean, he's always going, "Like, I heard that, like, there's gonna be a party on, like, the umm... the 24th."

Internet slang mainly used by fat, lazy, and/or stupid teens who's iq is 100x their weight. Catagorized by stupidly acronymizing three letter words that only take about a quarter second of typing. (people who spell you wrong, i'm especially talking to you!)

A lighthearted reaction upon receiving disappointing news of some sort. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
