The feeling that someone is acting like something is afoot. Their behavior causes alarm and evokes suspicion, much due to the fishiness of their conduct.

A person who acts suspicious or in an off-putting manner and as a result causes others to inquire about the fishiness of said person's attitude.

Suspishy is best used but not limited to suspicious acts or people relating to any type of marine and aquatic life.
"I am suspishy that you have eaten the rest of my fish sticks because of your satisfied grin and your breathe which smells of flounder."

He was acting suspishy because he had cheated on his girlfriend with a beautiful mermaid.
