When someone snapchats a pic or video to their story mentioning something you did without directly recognizing that it is about you. It's like a subtweet but for snapchat.

A person born with a deformity of the skull, making thier head look like 2 Liter bottle of pepsi. Without knowing it, they are constantly sending out subliminal messages in everything they say. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
