Verb. The act of sucking ones teeth/The act of kissing ones teeth

Used in Caribbean islands such as Dominica

Other countries define the action as "sucked" or "kissed" teeth but in Caribbean islands it can be referred to as "stupz" or "stupes"

Stupak 

A medical condition (subset of sepsis) resulting from unsafe - unnecessarily so - back alley abortions as a result of the "Stupak Amendment" to the 2009 Health Care Reform Bill.

Doctor: Unfortunately, while this would have been covered under private insurance carriers, public plans were barred from including women's health measures. I'm sorry, you'll have to see "Dr. Julio" in the alley behind 7-11.

Doctor: I believe you've developed Stupak, a form of sepsis, a severe illness in which the bloodstream is overwhelmed by bacteria.

A character in a movie/show who is only there to ask dumb questions and be a lazy plot device. They are either incredulous about the events around them, or stupid and can't sort it themselves.

'The characters in "Transformers" don't do anything, they just sit around and blurt out stupcredulous reactions to everything."

Another word for stupid, object of calling someone this is to make them feel less than the person who's calling them "Stupad" Or "Stupid". Miss spelt on purpose making calling someone "Stupad"/"Stupid" Ironic.

adj: imposing religious beliefs of one group on another, especially through legislation or financial pressure.

You thought that forcing schools to teach creationism was stupak? How about forcing poor women into back alley abortions? That's the stupakest thing I've ever heard.
